It's true, every bit of it. Casbah is not only the softest sock yarn anywhere, it not only takes color in in vivid richness, but it is machine washable! I have personally seen a pair of Casbah Socks that at the moment of our encounter has been machine washed 14 times in Tide™ (just the thought sets my teeth on edge) and were still soft, still strong and still beautiful. No signs of degrading anywhere. Wonderful! Now we can kick our sock knitting up a notch and enjoy a bit of lux on our feet without sacrificing an iota of practicality.
